Explanation was top notch, I am one of those guys who isn't a big fan of Microsoft - but, despite it's haters, it's still out there...and why is that? I learned that today.

Great article! Keep writing.

It's funny, how the scale was reversed for slack users growth graph. For someone who did not zoom, it might look that slack is losing users, but that's exactly opposite, to what is happening.

I’d add: I don’t think Slack is growing at a decent speed, rather MS Teams is eating its portion and leaving it behind. I do think Slack has potential, but it has to be unlocked.

It's incredible how a company that seems to have nothing special can become one of the most successful companies on the planet. I wonder: If someone else made a starup using Microsoft's strategy, could it succeed? Or did Microsoft only succeed because it started earlier?
