Thank you. Really a great question. I think Notion is simple tool that makes everything easier for someone who wants to build some sort of system. This is especially helpful for someone non-techie. They do solve a problem but Notion is tool that we like to have even though there are countless others, and the sole reason being it's simple, easier, efficient, powerful, and free.
